KQ QUIRAY is a student of Paramaguru Sharath Jois and Authorized Teacher Mozart Reina of the Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI), now Sharath Yoga Center (SYC), in Mysore, India. She started practicing Ashtanga Yoga in 2007, and in 2016 made her first trip to Mysore. In Oct 2023, she received the blessing to teach the method and received her Level 2 Authorization from Paramaguru Sharath Jois. KQ established Ashtanga Yoga QC (AYQC), now Ashtanga Yoga Central (AYC), a center dedicated to teaching the method as taught in Mysore. AYC’s program has been running since 2017, and is currently housed at Kalinóng Wellness.
